The Canadian Cigar Celebration is coming to Rocky Mountaineer Station on August 29, 2026 — and tickets are on sale now.
Vancouver’s most spirited charity cigar event has a new name — and a bigger vision to match. The Canadian Cigar Celebration is a Vancouver-based annual charity cigar event blending premium cigars, live music, premium spirits and cocktails, and great people coming together to fundraise for Easter Seals BC/Yukon in a festive atmosphere.
A New Name, Same Great Community
The Canadian Cigar Celebration began as the Caribbean Cigar Celebration in 2022, with the vision of bringing together a love of cigars and the culture of the Caribbean countries where the best cigars are grown — to meet like-minded cigar enthusiasts and raise money for a great charity.
So why the change? In 2026, the decision was made to rebrand from the Caribbean Cigar Celebration to the Canadian Cigar Celebration because most of the vendors, suppliers, and participants were Canadian, and the organizers wanted to celebrate the Canadian cigar culture and community. The affection for the Caribbean countries and cultures that produce the cigars remains, but the new name celebrates Canadian cigar retailers, distributors, and manufacturers, as well as Canadian beverages and food.
For those that have gone in years passed, we have more chairs, non alcoholic cocktails and red, white and rose wine.
To date, the event has raised over $150,000 for Easter Seals BC/Yukon.

2024 — The event featured an exclusive cigar-rum pairing experience with Flor de Claro cigars alongside Flor de Caña 18- and 25-year-old rum, guided by a personal sommelier, alongside performances by the Larimar Dance Group, Dominican musician Melvin Elías, Venezuelan-Canadian vocalist Lussilia, and Cuban dance troupe Elegancia Cubana.
